Fabulous hip new hotel with very welcoming and exceptional staff members especially on the reception desk. Luxurious, fairly quiet room with a view. Excellent breakfast, especially pastries and cheese.

The staff here provides exceptional service, the beds in the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the location is fantastic, being close to a major canal and St Mark's Square for shopping.

The location for Venice was stunning, near to Santa Maria delle Salute church and Venice with the St Regis and the canal which will be a popular sitting spot during the warmer months. Found a place called Ristorante Canal Grande, set a short walk to the hotel, ate there a few times.

The location of the Hotel was close to all of the attractions we wished to see in Venice.
We had a double room and the bed was two twin sized beds shoved togeather. I fell in the gap.
